Designed from the ground up to simplify integrations, these products are deployed at high volume, high availability environments, processing millions of calls for many of the most-demanding call center operations in the world.
FlexxBridge simplifies integration to back end databases and host processes. You get a consistent SOA-friendly interface across multiple applications and integration points, plus the ability to present web services to new IVR and CTI applications without having to rework existing legacy integrations (such as 3270.)
FlexxGate simplifies integration between devices using different telephony protocols. With a FlexxGate Media Server you can connect your new SIP-based IVR to your T1/E1-based phone switch. Or connect your legacy IVR to that new IP-PBX.
