Deb Elvidge
Deb Elvidge, Executive Vice President, Professional Services Organization
Deb has 20 years of experience providing enterprises with voice systems, applications, and solutions to enhance customer service in their contact centers -- ranging from Fortune 500 companies with international deployments to mid-sized enterprises serving a region with a single call center. She has been instrumental in building hundreds of IVR applications across industry verticals such as financial services, healthcare, utilities, transportation, retail, and government.
Deb was co-founder and CEO of VSI which PSS acquired in early 2007 and she subsequently joined as EVP of the Professional Services Organization. Deb also served as VP of Business Development and Operations at Vocalocity, a software company that created VoiceXML-enabled IVR platforms and media servers for OEM customers.
Previously Deb was VP of Engineering and Project Office for an IVR development and systems integration firm, where she managed all aspects of strategic design, development and deployment in multiple integrated system environments, across proprietary and open standards platforms.
Deb hails from the Arizona State University School of Architecture/Business and Computer Science. She also holds certifications in Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Process (PMP), American Management Association (AMA), Data Tech Institute (DTI) for Telecommunications, and MAP Management Systems.
