Brian Duling

Brian Duling, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer
With more than 20 years experience as a CFO for both privately held and public companies, Brian has deep experience leading finance functions in the wireless telephony, IT consulting, internet services, GPS vehicle tracking, and semiconductor manufacturing industries.

Prior to joining PSS, Brian was the VP Finance and CFO for SBC Communications’ Cellular One Chicago business, leading the financial and administrative functions from start-up to over $250MM in annual revenues. Brian also held equity positions as CFO in two pre-IPO start-ups, where he led both organizations to rapid, profitable growth and successful acquisitions by public companies. He subsequently held the position of CFO at Trimble Mobile Solutions and later Global Profit Technologies, both public firms.

Brian has played the lead role in several mergers and acquisitions and sits on the board of directors of three firms. He has a Bachelor of Business degree from Western Illinois University and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago, IL.
